CS webhost payment

Since this is a General Discussion Heading, I shall post this Q here...

When I transfer $$ to the CS DBS Bank account, how they know it's me?? do I need to PM the admin (Darren) my bank acct number so that he can check?

If you are transferring from another POSB/DBS account, you can enter additional information in a text field. This can be used to identify you.

If you are doing transfer from NON-POSB/DBS account OR you use the ATM to transfer, then you will have to PM me with the date/time of the transaction.

hey... e bank rejected the transfer leh... asked me for the name then i dunno >.<

btw, DBS or POSB account ah?

on the form I don't see a text field leh..

all i saw was my acct no, name, IC, date

select:
cash or transfer

I selected transfer then asked me to enter acct number.. I entered in as DBS account.. don't have blank text field to write additional informations...

go to counter, the person asked me for the name.. which I don't know

Ok, it sounds like you are either doing an over-the-counter bank transfer OR an ATM transfer.

If you are doing an ATM transfer, remember to PM me with the time and date of transfer (can see on the transaction slip).
