Crumpler new version million dollar bag

I got the New Design 5 Million D H. Its better than the old version and the padding is better too. In fact, I can fit in 2 lens and 1 flash, plus a blower. Cool enough for me to walk around without being identified as photographer.

Hi Snoweagle,

Noticed the shoulder pad is a new design. Is it more comfortable as compare to the old one? The old version caused me shoulder ache after carrying it (with full load) for while.

To me yes as the bottom part now has the anti-slip type of material as compared to cloth material on the older one.

The tab in the front compartment is not for any quiet access. It's there for u to hold on to it to make it easier to open the compartment.

Actually it's been out for quite a while already, only thing is that it wasn't even placed in their own website.

There are shoulder pads avail for sale alone but not this type.

My suggestion is to get an Optech and replace the stock shoulder strap. The Optech's work because they're designed to replace straps using the square plastic loops in addition to D-ring fasteners.

i agree strongly too! now the thought of packing my 6mil to the max isn't of too great concern, especially the shoulder aches prior getting the optech shoulder strap!

but, i've a feeling most people will not go for that cuz, the crumpler logo is on the strap :bsmilie:

So far the new design doesn't seem to allow u to remove the stock strap though unlike it's predecessor.
