the group take pictures of people crossing bridges all over Southeast Asia... and the participants come from all over the place (including Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc.). Last one was in Siem Reap.

crossing bridges is in series No. 6 now.

I have joined the Sabah Semporna/Tawau and last year Siem Reap.
You will meet very pro and experienced photographers from Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia..

be prepared to wake up every morning at 4am, travel long distance, fight for time and come back hotel by 7pm...have dinner and only make it to bed by 10pm (inclusive of backing pictures and charge batteries)...
I met many good friends and yes, I lose weight...the effective way..!

its tough work hor... but the pictures u bring back is PRICELESS!!!

Last year, Eddie, Gilbert, Audrey, Dan and myself purchase exercise books, crayons, reading materials, pencils, colouring pencils for the kids at the school.
yes, one big suitcase (my samsonite-style big suitcase = more than 20kg:sweat
(also thanks to woofmy who contributed studying materials and help me to carry the stuff home to pack).
I remember we all cycle (including the malaysia friends) and brought the stuff to the temple (a charity school for the poor). It's our way of contribution too :lovegrin:

That is great :thumbsup::thumbsup:. I have a street children shelter home in South Sulawesi. Next time must invite you guys to cross bridge there..haha.. My kids are mainly scavengers who work the dump site and construction workers.
