Nope would stick to my d70s for the moment :) Anyway would rather upgrade to D200 rather than D80 if upgrading at all.

yeah.. at least the D200 uses CF cards....

when they make the D80 with the SD card choice, it would be clear that it's meant for the D50 users to upgrade more than anything else...

because you cannot just pull out the card and slot it into your dvd player to view the pictures
and also cannot slot it into your notebook to copy the files out

but mainly because only DSLRs are still using it.

every other device has gone the SD way

so when your 1GB card is becoming too small you cannot put it into your mobile phone to use for storage.

All i know is that if/when I buy my next camera, it would be in addition to my current camera, so all my old CF cards will be used there

Huh? I din noe got DVD player that can read from CF directly....but for notebooks, I tot most notebooks come with SD slot instead of CF slot? CF adapter for the big slot may be.:)

I am a Palm user, so now with my Canon S3 using SD, I can slot it into my Palm and do a slide show immediately on the spot.:)

So I think to miniaturise, the SD may be the way to go...CF to big, may hinder the size reduction of the DSLR...That's what I think.:)

Ya loor... SD all the way! So small, slim, light and stable! Of course plus cheap!

Where can you find a small size DSLR? I wun want to use a DSLR the size of a PnS, too hard and small to handle. Imagine changing a lens (which would HUGE compared with the size of a PnS!)
