My dehumidifer light is on forever after i change & the dry cabinet feel cool when my hand go in.. .. but but the hygrometer seen like it is not working -_-""
forever at rh 60% mark.. dun even noe if i am suay or am i lucky...

Is it from Digi? Probably you want to check with them.

ah.. if u turn the knob to either extreme and it still stays at 60RH, my guess it went kaput already. my digi cabi was down recently also, took out the dehumidifier unit (not the whole cabinet) and brought it down to their factory for 1 to 1 exchange (within warranty).

if its digi cabi, do bring ur warranty card as well.

I agree with xhui, if it's just one day, probably would not show any significant readings. I would suggest that you wait for a few more days and see.

if digicabi, u may not need to bring the warranty card. as long as u have the receipt, they will honour the warranty.
