Lai Lai... Got question to ask...

Thinking of getting an UWA for quite sometime liao so now got to start saving money so I can buy next year. However, I'm not sure which to go for, thus I need input from everybody. Arigato!

1) EFS 10-22 f/3.5 ~ f/4.5 (Not for full frame. 16mm - 35mm eqvi.)
2) EF 16-35L f/2.8
3) EF 16-35L II f/2.8
4) Tokina 11-16 f/2.8
5) Tamron 10-24 f/3.5 ~ f/4.5
6) Sigma 10-20 f/4 ~ f/5.6

My friend recommends me Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 but warns me of vignetting on the edges. I'm tempted to get the Canon EFS 10-22mm originally but knowing that it can't fit into a FF body puts me to second thoughts.

Yeah Tokies got abit vignetting but it's sharp.. And easily removed using editting software! F2.8 is pretty useful too for street. But don't expect any bokeh! I think the 16-35 is a nice lens. but it's insanely expensive.. and not very uwa on a crop camera. =) Oh btw, I think the Tokina is not useable at 11-14 range on a Fullframe.

Those in red are not for FF either.

For me, I will choose either 16-35L II or Tokina 11-16. Answer is simple. L for unsurpassing IQ and both for its constant f/2.8

Seems like 7D has a new problem. Focusing problem.

When I tested it, it seems to me everything is ok. Well, I can wait for the new batch to be released and perhaps the overheating issue will be resolved too.

there no green light for my cabinet.
using akarui digi cabinet.

it the past it hover ard 45-55.
but lately for some reason it stablise at 60 regardless no matter how i tune the humidifier setting in the cabinet..
he just wun go down.

i think your dehumidifier unit is a goner. kaput. same thing happened to me recently, the indicator light was out, RH went up to 60-70%. i removed the dehumidifier unit and got it changed at digicabi service center.

remember to open the door of the dry cabi, else the RH will raise to quite a high level.

My digi cabi also kaput just weeks ago. RH refused to move no matter how extreme i turn the dial. no light also. in the end, brought in for 1 to 1 exchange (thankfully only the dehumidifying and not the whole cabinet).. but the place very ulu. that's for digi cabi la.
