just saw someone is selling studio lighting @$400/-.
Very temping to me and I don't want to spend so much money on the studio lighting.
For what i know studio light can cost me a bomb which I cannot effort.

anyone tried the Stroboscopic flash before?

Looks interesting.. and I found out that I can manually set the output of my offshoe flash using the 7D commander.. just cannot do slow-sync.. arrghhh..
