I need some feedback.
ThinkTank Pro Speed Belt + Skin 5-piece Set vs Newswear Medium Photographer Chestvest
Cost:
ThinkTank Combo = $258
Newswear = Approx $200
Pros:
ThinkTank Combo is modular, can remove pockets if not needed.
Newswear is like a vest with weight evenly spread out.
Cons:
ThinkTank Combo all the weight on my waist. Equipment need to pack in a seperate camera bag and only setup on-site.
Newswear can just pack the equipment needed. But pockets are fixed.

as usual quiet and BBB virus around here.
My current set up is just my 450Dw grip, 10-22, 24-105, 50 f/1.8, kit, 430EXII. I think there will always be "the" gear set up for such events, but i'm just thinking if with the idea of just someone going in to learn, should i get myself some decent gears or should i accept limitations of my current ones and just make do?
ok la.. day time everyone's busy.. night time probably more active??
btw, guys, any advice for my noob actual wedding event this sat - no worries, not the official one, being a 2nd photographer. :embrass:
I'm still to and fro on whether i should rent equipment (meaning spend money) or i should work within the limits of my current gears. I'm doing FOC la, the couple and the main photog are my friends, thus able to just tag along.
Its going be a morning (bride and groom's house, church and dinner @ hotel).
Church not VERY big but can sit say300-400 (just the lower floor, excluding 2nd floor), high ceiling.

Had previous experiences shooting in my church and were quite frustrated with the lightings and all (basically, lens not fast enough, ISO handling of camera is really CMI, and flash not too helpful if want to capture with background surrounding lightings also). Or am i not learning to adjust and adapt to the environment?
ahh. advices please?????
oh btw, anyone bought from here? http://www.ardenmktg.com/ any idea how's the delivery/collection? (duno if in time for my shoot this sat)
