You already have a decent lens setup. You may wish to rent a 40D/50D and a 580EX MKI/II.

No worries. You can flash however you want in wedding. Haha! But some moments are no flash.

You need to understand the lighting and surrounding of the homes and hotel instead.

I just shot (FOC) my friend's holy matrimony with 450D + 24-105 + 430EX II at Swissotel Merchant Court. Shot FOC becos I was invited as part of a paparazzi photography team to flash up the place. Haha! :bsmilie:

You can rent the 50D for faster frame rate and the 580EX II for more powerful light over longer distance.

Buying the batteries?

I never bought from them before but it's kinda reputable.

yeah, i think i need one more set of 4pcs AA batteries for my flash, just in case. Not buying any camera batteries though.

If I'm the 2nd photog, I will think the pros and cons like paid or not paid etc.

If I'm the main, dunnit to think bcos I need to deliver the results.

Yes, they do have delivery and self-collect option.
I guess should not be a problem. You may collect it straight away. Why don't you PM the Whitney to ask?

Another thing, the Raynox cannot be fitted on Canon L lens due to the size

Raynox is a very good macro conversion lens.

ThinkTank Pro Speed Belt + Skin 5-piece Set vs Newswear Medium Photographer Chestvest

Cost:
ThinkTank Combo = $258

Newswear = Approx $200

Pros:
ThinkTank Combo is modular, can remove pockets if not needed.

Newswear is like a vest with weight evenly spread out.

Cons:
ThinkTank Combo all the weight on my waist. Equipment need to pack in a seperate camera bag and only setup on-site.

Newswear can just pack the equipment needed. But pockets are fixed.

Go for TT. You can always put on the modules prior to moving out, including the lenses. But dont carry it by Ba Long Long SBO style. Consider the weight of lenses in these modules.
