One technique we should use is to keep in mind that the daily rhythms of nature : sunrise - sunset are the real time keepers not the artificial ones created by Man.
In other words, the more we are pressured for time, the more we should slow down our pace and reflect on our lives in totality and not just on work; that there will always be another sunset and sunrise waiting for us, if only we bother to make the effort to appreciate it."
