generally overexposed. The sharpness looks pleasing. More than enough for my needs. Sigh, can't seem to get my hands on one.

the top overexpose

Perhaps it's the limit of the shutter speed?
In outdoors, it's quite easy to hit 1/4000 secs at 1.8

Sigh, no signs of stock yet... :(

hi guys, does nikkor lens have international warranty? cos i might be asking my friend to get from overseas. just asking.

If i'm not wrong after reading about it all the time here, yes, lenses have international warranty.

may i know , how is the S'pore market now?
when everyone knew it's good lens.
for now still not avaliable stock.

wow. the pictures taken with 35mm looks great. very tempting. I have a AF-S 50mm/f1.4G, should i also purchase the 35mm? any comment? I use my 50mm on d60 so all the pictures are veryy close-up. i wonder if 35mm will be the same?

Sure can if u have extra money for get another copy.
but not much difference from 50mm to 35mm
only diff. is distance and aperture.

why oh why is the aperture still at f1.8 during a bright sunny day?

stop down and witness the true beauty of this lens

anyone knows where got stock for this lens now? my friend is hunting high and low for it...

Yup...body is local warranty while flash and lens is international warranty. But make sure you buy it from authorised dealer. Grey set will have no warranty (by Nikon) no matter where you buy.
