[ Compiled Info ] - Cool accessories for EP1/2, GF1 and other m4/3 cameras

for those who are keen to purchase from japan.

i finally found a way to get around the problem though it is still quite a tedious process.

currency exchange: http://www.xe.com/ucc/
google translate: http://translate.google.com.sg/?hl=en&tab=wT#
tenso login: https://www.tenso.com/en/login/

it basically works like vpost japan, except that i tried to key in the address of my vpost account and it didn't work. it is probably becos another translation website quoted "メールアドレス" as postal address whereas it is actually email address. so use google translate. anyway, tenso provide much better instructions with frameshots, and coupled with google translate and kanji (chinese characters used in japanese), it should be ok.

i'm waiting for my transactions on my credit card and for the delivery to proceed.
hope it helps for the rest who is trying to get some of the products that do not provide an english medium for information and transaction.
by the way, if anyone know similar delivery forwarding services for korea and other countries, pls share the information too.

Where can I buy this sling bag?
Dun mind can you check the 1st few pages in this thread? Got 1 store called Orient in Sim Lim selling Nat Geo bags, if not, you can go to Vivo Nat Geo store. I suggest you check out Orient 1st :)

Quite cool, different kind of leather case for EP1/2 by Kojima
:):)

Thanks!! Forgot it was posted in the first few pages. I know Orient. Will go check it out!!

I find this sling strap very interesting, unlike the normal neck strap. It more convenient and and easy to hold.

Click the picture to see more pictures of this strap.

it is just like the blackrapid. I rather be conventional than risk my camera.

;)For my Olympus E-PL1, I just cobbled together a folding sunshade from my old Lumix DMC LC5 camera..( I no longer use the camera as raplacement Batteries are hard to find) The folding shade needed to be redrilled to match up with the E-PL1 bottom mount thread. The shade works great in bright sunlight, Manual focus made easy!,,,:D

Those metallic stickers from Gariz are nice! How durable are they though?
