Hi All,

I am a frequent member of CS. I am also running on ADSL 512Mbps ( 1 suppose).

Experiencing very slow access to CS during peak hours...( 9pm to 12pm )...However, the access is normal in the day..non peak..

Perhaps this suggests that CS need to upgrade their hardware for faster access for users... ;p

We are aware of the slowdowns that members are experiencing, and YES! we are upgrading the server (which is being configured, burnt in and being tweaked right now).

We hope to install the new server over the coming weekend.

Please bear in mind that all these hardware upgrades costs money, thus members can show their support for us (and the site) by signing up for one of our Webspace plans.

Beside having a fast server, we may need a bigger pipe at CS end, so as to cater for the high traffic volume.

But again, this is just a thought. I always think that CS is a free site and has already done pretty well despite of the slow traffic. I'm not complaining anyway. Good work mods and admins! :thumbsup:
