sometimes have to look at the playing schedules and plan in advance so as to have enough "funds" and minimise the penalties (of replacing more than 1 player per gameweek)..... e.g., I "arranged" such that 5 players (supposed to be 6 but one was injured i think) played 2 games each during this gameweek and this allowed the team to pick up more points.
