It seems like a lot of the 1000D users cannot wait to get rid of their 1000D. I've been seeing so many on BnS, a new listing once every couple of days.
Considering that it started selling some 4 months ago (?), is it so easy to outgrow the camera? Use 1 month then decided to upgrade?
Or those selling are the impulse buyers? Buy already then regret getting a DSLR?
Good for you! Hope you get to enjoy it soon!I suspect the low price point of the 1000D makes it an easy impulse buy for the beginner (that includes me). It will also attract people using PnS who are upgrading and this camera falls under the tolerable upgrade cost. It would not surprise me that these people never do research then complain 1000D got no video .. got no 10x zoom or something like that.
Personally, I am eagerly waiting for mine to arrive so I can 'register' under Club 1000D![]()
