@ZerocoolAstra: thanks, that encourages me a lots. Yup, looks like the kit lens 18-105 has distortion which i have fully tested yet
you HAVE or HAVE NOT tested yet?
Anyway I was referring to perspective distortion, not lens distortion.
You were aiming upwards to frame in the building, which causes the keystone effect. Base of building appears larger than top, so the building looks like it slants inwards, like a pyramid.

I didn't know about the distortion caused by shooting upwards with wide angle, thanks for enlightening :thumbsup:
