Don't quite agree with your observation. The guy stay for the reason of showing layers in the photos... he indicates the foreground, the two people in the middle, the lady at the back as the background, and the people inside the cafe as the muddied backdrop. Without the guy, the picture wouldn't have the perspective that I would like in the frame.
