CONDITIONS:
- Priority will be given to members whom have SIX (6) months history with Clubsnap (member since September 2012 or earlier) and post count of more than 50
(Basically, we are looking for those who are active on the forum and in the Clubsnap Photography Community FB page)
- Each person is ENCOURAGED to SUBMIT at least 5 (FIVE) entries to the Neighborhood Gems Monthly Photo Competition for FEB (Theme: LUNAR CHINESE NEW YEAR AND CHINGAY PARADE CELEBRATIONS ) http://www.myneighbourhoodgems.sg/lu...y-celebrations by 10 March 2013 . If you already have other lunar new year images from last week, sure please submit those as well
