End of story. I will rest my case here. This only involved those who are affected. Seriously,by adding all those extra comments, you are making things worse. I don't wish to answer any of your extra comments.

What do I potentially get if i bring that person to justice? Monetary compensation possibly more than $30 + dollars just by sending an email to Yahoo and possibly one less cheat off the streets.

I'm already giving the person a break by not reporting to proper authorities. I'm taking it as a lesson learnt

Sorry to say this, even if people bring this to the police station, the police will not be able to do anything about.

As for Yahoo, I am sure they will try to do something about it, but what can they do?
