I am always nice, else I would have reported the matter to the police myself. My words are direct but it was not unkind, I don't think.

Yea that kind of price ain't too bad, is it? That's like less than a meal nowadays. Heck a mocha frappuccino from Starbucks costs $5.50 at least.i'm just curious, how much cheaper is the pro account?
if u guys, buy it directly from flickr.com, it is just ard $3 per mth. why do u risk yourself by doing so?
I'm chilling already. If I'm not chilled, that guy probably be in the police station by now. My posts was up just to prevent more people from being misled.
I'm just stating facts. But I seriously don't understand why people still can be so nice to him and even praising him for his "good" after sales service.
Honestly, I don't know whether its a scam or not. But Darcy Zhou and I have matched account numbers to the person who has sold us the Flickr Pro accounts. They belong to 2 different nicknames. If there is no intention to cheat, how come one same account numbers with 2 nicknames on clubsnap.
Did your friend tell you how it was obtained? and how do you plan to deal with your friend now?Hi Augiow and fellow CS member. The reason that I create different account is that 1 account can not duplicate the post and I want to sell more that's why i create other account. And at first I dun know how these code were obtain, I thought it is fine, but the moment I realised it is not, I immediately stop getting the codes and correct my mistake. The other nick under me is Treopro.
Nisa: To pursue meant to pursue legally.
And for your reference, I didn't mentioned the person's name except to 2 persons in this forum Azul and Darcy. And it was through private message.
My purpose of this thread was for 2 reasons:
1) Informing people of such scams going on hoping people won't make the same mistake as I did
2) Telling people please go get your money back if you were involved in it.
And I think the person should be grateful to the nice people in CS who are not pursuing. If I really wanted to pursue, I don't even report to the police, I will just drop yahoo an email. And let Yahoo take up the case legally.
I think you missed the point entirely.. an attempt to cheat has been exposed in this very house. Still no clarity yet and we don't know as yet whether "confess" is directly involved or his friend was the main culprit.Let's put it this way. The person is already trying to deal with it.
It is not like he is running away and not dealing with it.
He can be seen grateful to those who asked him for refunds.
U got ur message out, so just leave it to others on what they want to do.
Personally I just don't understand why is there a need to harp about it.
It does take two hands to clap.
if one is not greedy, then the other will not have a chance to make use of the greed.

Correcting a wrong doesn't make the wrong go away... it must be dealt with. So you are saying that as long as money was paid back the wrong is squashed?
On the part of greed... for my case I was thinking since he has a 2yr account which he wanted to sell, why not? I believe I was the first few who bought it, I was not informed that he had so many 2yr accounts to sell if he had told me that I would NOT have bought as it would be highly suspicious... also later when I saw more of such WTS... was begining to suspect something already and then all hell break loose.
Greed? then why people buy 2nd hand lenses and 2nd hand stuff, because there was value...
