have anyone bought CF from this guy. How is the transaction carried out. It is as what he said in the post that once a order is confirmed, he will meet the buyer at the arranged date (mon to thur) at 8pm at Serangoon mrt.

Well,

the 256MB transcend card is still functioning fine.
not a bad deal really. except that it comes only with a 7 days personal warranty.
if you are worry that the card may turn up faulty later, then it may not be that desirable to buy from him.

buy at your own discretion.
