was there yesterday,so far nobody was straining me and a couple of friends from taking pictures at the "soon-to-be-functional" immigration counters.

probably the guided tour coz we took the self service tour.

Look out for the promotional advertisements on the “Paradise Wedding @ T3” photography contest in the Straits Times on 24 Nov 2007 (Saturday) and 28 Nov 2007 (Wednesday). Please email your personal particulars to SPH by 2 Dec 2007. Up to 33 couples will be selected.

These couples will be selected to participate in the photography contest held on 14 Dec 2007 at 11 am. Each couple is to submit a wedding photo taken in T3 that best portrays the theme of "Paradise Wedding @ T3". One winning couple will walk away with an all expenses paid honeymoon to Paris!
