It can be easily estimated. Just set the zoom to 16mm, place your finger on your ring of the front element and look through the VF. Gauge how much of your finger can be extend before you see your finger through the VF.

No problem, have used both the B+W slim filter and the HOYA Pro1, no problem. Which one are you using ?

hmmm.........qing xiang just went to CP to help me ask about the filter. according to him, B+W slim cannot fit the lenscap caused it doesn't have threads, so it just slips out. pro 1 sadly not in stock.

New model from B+W ? I'm using the B+W 010 UV-Haze 1xMRC F-PRO slim on the CZ, there's a thread and the cap can clip on it without problem.

Only seen those without front thread on the Polarizer. Just wondering what's the use of buying a filter without front thread ?

hmmm........i think so. maybe the even thinner version. how much it cost?

btw, does the lens cap fit on fully, as in it doesn't protrude out abit due to the slim fliter?

i just bought the Hoya pro1 protector filter (no UV filter effect, just clear glass), it does not add to vignet effect.

and it is double threaded, can clip on the lens cap. satay, u can consider that:)

so it fully fits the lens cap without protruding?
