Kagari, just my personal opinion for your 2nd and 4th picture you could crop out the right side of the picture as there is colour intrusion in the background. The white orchid(2nd pic) and the red petals(4th pic) is kind of spoiling the subject.

I like your 1st picture. Though it is supposedly to be an abstract but still you have to have a centre of interest. From your picture I deduce that the rim of the pot (or whatever container/vessel) is what you were focusing at.

my contribution...it was taken with sigma 70-300
Still alot to learn from follow experience bros & siss...feel free to comment!!!

Got a few sunbird photographs to post, however when I had seen USM's sunbird...I decide to place under "for personal viewing only"...

ehehehe i understand what u mean.... well it was kinda hard to see the preview after shooting~~~ [sun too bright ne~]

yeah maybe i think the pot was the main subject :D :D

Thanks USM for yet another wonderful outing.

Great to know more of the people and their precious advices given. Had fun watching the group doing a TFCD for the "model" ;)

Never realise MOG has so many things to offer. Steve want to thank you for helping us in our macro shooting (which I'm pretty bad at), USM is indeed a good organiser and passionate photo enthusiast. Sorry no good shots, no time, busy working.

anybody can understand my art???

now looking at these pictures.. i think all that matters is the man behind the camera.. how come we went to the same place but there were so many things i didnt see..!!!?? haha.. i think it was too hot back then, i was just looking for something to quench my thirst.. didnt hav the patience to wait for 2 flying dragonflies to land somewhere.. i literally stood there for 10 mins waiting for them to land.. looking for them in my view finder at 300mm was quite a test on my patience.. oh!!! i missed out so much! havent upload my pics unto my pc, can u believe it..? i think my shots were not satisfying enough to tempt me to view it on my PC.. haha.. lesson learnt.. USM, looking forward to somemore excursion again.. i like it! Some ulu places

Oh my god .......... Bro, you definitely have a good catch this morning.

Green lizard somemore.

Thank bro, the opportunities created by u. Just some ordinary shots when compared to the many pros here
