If there are balance slots, then it will be opened to the public based on balloting system.

sure...provided they allow me to go....read that they will ballot the remaining attendance ...I ve to wait for a confirmation then .... I can meet the basic requirements to be a member ...pro bodies ..L lens etc but I am NOT a member :bsmilie:

I think they'll send u an email or wad to confirm? The website says "Bring ur IC and the email for verification." Until now no email for me yet....

Anyway, I'm ok wif it. If u wanna meet, meet somewhere more convienent for u. Me staying Yishun anyway. If too ma huan for u den its ok.
