Did you set the correct paper type? I.e the original shows "plain paper"... you'd need to set it to the photo paper type you're using...

The problem was solved on its own apparently. I think it might be the photo paper that came with the printer, or the print head trying to warm up to printing on photo paper since I just got the printer. Coz I tried again with new photo paper I bought & it came out ok.

Oh, I set to the correct one all along. Photo Paper Plus Glossy. Thanks anywayz.
