Canon G2 or Olympus C-720UZ

hello, should i get Canon G2 or Olympus C-720UZ,
as I lost my new Olympus digital camera C-300Z last
week.thinking of getting another digcam.
Anyone can advise me to get which ones?I'm prefer
more friendly user and not too advance to me as I'm
