Its not the free course I'm looking at. Its the basic photography course organised by Canon, fee is $200. The course outline seems well structured...

Hi guys, i was doing some PP on the Canon DPP software. How come after i tweaked some settings example brightness, i save the file and process it to Jpeg, but i don't see any changes done, except it change to Jpeg from Raw.


I thought i had made a mistake, so i used the Jpeg file and went to the Canon DPP and set my brightness settings again. But still the out put picture looks the same.


When viewed on the DPP you can see the changes, but when view on the Windows explorer, it seems like no change has occurred. Any idea?

U still remember got free food! That outing will probably on week day lah, u free meh?

I saw the canon course in Feb but full liao, so ask them put on waiting list but they din inform me at all! But anyway, I can't make it for the dates in early Apr. I will probably sign up for the one that RyanG send me.

Aye. I cannot solve this as I'd never touch DPP since Day 1.

My workflow is Lightroom/Photoshop + Noise Ninja + Photomatix Pro!

OMG....Like that i should just get Lightroom 2 straight. I was just trying out DPP, and was like it not user friendly at all. Haha.

There are actually a few courses of the same genre available. Check them out at the workshops sub-section.

But I recommend the Knowledge Bowl one.

Yes.

Lightroom 2 and straight to CS4. CS4 is totally brilliant. Still learning the new stuff and will install on my new PC when I get it in about 3 months time. ;p

Awaiting for Zbrush, 3D Studio Max and Maya only.

Oh and I think my school is kinda dump. Spend so much on those and yet not getting a MS Office license. We are using the free OpenOffice. Crap stuff! :angry:
