dont think u can fully restore the lens from fungus damage anyway.

Should be possible, but recurrence of fungus growth should be relatively high as well. Perhaps fellow member fatigue can comment on it if anyone wants to bring it to him for servicing. ;)

fungus is like cancer. no matter how u chemo, there bound to have residual.

You are paying 1.7k for something that might look like trash and work like one as well. Unless it's a real antique lens, then it's worth restoring, but it isn't. And yupp i agree with brother Yoh. Fungus can come back again.
