Yeah its a pity the clouds color merge with Mt Fuji.. and it looks like a stacked mountain

I find the fireworks not as good as the fireworks festival 2008.

they're actually the same body, just that they use Rebel XSi name in America.

thanks for the warm welcome. i also posted there already. im a bit newbie, dunno which lens to get for which kind of photo to take. i only have kit lens 18-55, and 55-200mm lens

Mirror Lock?

Should on the long exp. Set ISO 100 for fireworks so do not need to on the high ISO reduction.

well judging from the posts, the 450D is capable of gorgeous photos like shown by janesis. I wonder what lens she used.

Some of the photos here however were not that good in converting me into a 450Dian

now im torn whether i should get the 450d this sunday.

Was testing a flash and did a few experiments with off-camera flash techniques. Still very new at this and not so good yet.

Did another one without flash:

My first time using long exposure (8 seconds) on my 450D.
