In order to get good panning shots:


1.) Look for the part where the subject moves slowest.

2.) If your subject is moving too fast, you need to move along it at a slow but steady pace.

I'm no expert in panning but it would appears to me that the first point seems to be somewhat unachievable on moving target of constant high speed though.

eh confirm faster than that lor...i run 2km alr just under 10min so i think their lap time ard 5min
