Canon EOS 450D Club - GED - IV

Just curious,
for the member in this club that use a grip on their 450D..
How many are using the phottix premiun series grip and how many is using the BG-E5?

thinking of getting a grip for my 450D.. but aint sure which direction to go... :'(

I'm using BG-E5 but would have chosen Phottix (if I know the existence of its grip much earlier) since the price difference is near $100. Physically there's no difference between these 2 grips except the obvious ones such as brand etc.

There is a shop that brings in kata in penisular they used to be beside The camera workshop, but like TWC they have moved, they are somewhere around that area still but im not too sure. You might wanna do a little hunting, can bargain one that shop.

SSS is all about walking.

I covered Bugis, Boat Quay, Chinatown <-- Loop --> North Bridge Road, Fort Canning and ends at Little India all in one single SSS. ;p

me, using phottix BG, really sturdy and rubbery grip feels the same as on ur 450D, and of cuz, the price is nicer too! :bsmilie: no regrets!

me, using phottix BG, really sturdy and rubbery grip feels the same as on ur 450D, and of cuz, the price is nicer too! :bsmilie: no regrets!

u say already mah, u dont like nite shoot AND landscape.. but were talking to u about potrait and primes.. wah, can see u literally like so "fire-ed up"! so its just the things we shoot la.

LOL. i AGREE! the SBG shoot was a little bit tiring and time limited, cuz its supposed be a "competition" so its more of alone walking around, and trying find shots that match themes given.. haiyo, anyway, just there for e fun of it, results not yet out. then duh me, i forgot and shot in RAW format and they downloaded e pic direct to laptop, cannot view, no program to convert.. :sweat: so now see if he can find e program or someone to help convert my file, else i goto convert and send him lor. :embrass:

As for the equipment wise, how many different lenses did you use today? I assume mainly on 50mm and 10-22mm?

dis gal 2day BBB quite a few items at CP sia...

also almost wanna get a 55-250, me also almost wanna get 35mm F2.. :bsmilie:
