How do we "fixed" a shutter speed? It seems to be always auto adjust. We use P mode most of the time becos it is the first manual mode on the dial. ;p

The ISO is always set to max 1600 *we don't really use flash and not particular about noise*
Shooting at day, indoors use about ISO 400, will do. For a fixed shutter, try Tv then. ISO 1600, is for night shots or places with very little light.

P mode isn't exactly a manual mode. It is similar to Auto Mode though.

And when you set the ISO to 1600, the noise introduced in the picture will most likely be not up to the standard of your clear and visible expectation. :)

Set to Tv ( Shutter Priority)

Actually our so call "good shots" are only clear and "visible" pictures for now!!! We are really very very new on photography :bsmilie:
