Ya sorry for the typo. I meant that the 10-18mm seems to focus faster than the eos m lens
....Looking forward to some samples.
Please allow me to borrow this:
You can view a few sample photos here in my review of pairing the 70D with a 10-18mm IS STM (in Section 9):

You are a Canon fan macVince. Nice images with the 10-18 STM.
was 358 cash, paid by credit card and it was 365. good price nonetheless![]()
On a Eos M/m2, EF-M 11-22mm better or this lens?
Having more elements or blades does not make a lens better than the other.this of cos, this has more element/blades than 10-22

It's true that the 10-18 is on par with the 10-22 wide open and is sharper than the 10-22 when stopped down. But it's only marginal and I'll take USM and a metal mount over STM any day.
ymmv.
On a side note, how does the 10-18 hold up to flaring?
Very nicely taken bro Jeffer!
Just a newbie question here, why did the photos turn out differently at different mm in terms of color?
Thanks
the first pic was taken awhile later than the 2nd oneVery nicely taken bro Jeffer!

Bro, it was a sunset scene. The sun was setting and therefore the change in colors.
