why think of buying body again and again, get the lens first. great lens, poor body can shoot, great body, no lens can not shoot.

Well, I have lenses but hoping for a body with more pixels and better AF. :bsmilie:

Canon, may Get it really by early Oct.
If not the hot cake kena get back to microwave to reheat again.
once the steam lost out, it not easy to gain it back.
If they get it available at X'Mas.
It need more budget to Get it hot again. For those marketer will understand, The early it available, the better stand for canon and share holder.

I'm still hoping it'll arrive this month. But I'll wait for reviews to appear before deciding on the purchase.

Truthfully, I have not been tracking the release of any cameras as closely as this one. The other upgrades ain't as exciting.

Canon 10-22, 17-55 f/2.8 IS, 70-200 f/4 IS and 100 f/2.8 Macro. The last lens will soon be replaced by the upcoming HIS version. Then, my lens collection is complete.

PS: I am proud to say my (currently nearly complete) lens collection has no equivalent in N-land (their 10-24 performs horribly at 10 mm, 17-55 f/2.8 has no VR, no 7-2 f/4 lens and their 105 macro VR does not function at 1:1 magnification) or any other platform. Talk about choosing a system for its lenses instead of the cameras. :bsmilie:

PS2: Just realized that Canon Singapore has released their own sample images taken with the 7D here. But WHERE is the recommended retail price? :bsmilie:
