Would've exceeded your budget, if you're getting the lenses new. However xunjas mentioned gray set, and if you don't mind the lack of warranty then go ahead.
I personally believe in quality over range. Better to have the good image quality throughout the zoom range, then having a large zoom range but compromising on image quality. That's why I think getting two or three lenses to cover a focal length range is a wiser (though more pricey) choice, and that's why I avoid superzooms (18-200, 18-250 etc)
