cannot access folder

I can't access my message receipts folder...help!!

+evenstar, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

If you are referring to the message receipts, we have temporarily turned them off as some members have complained about the need to click on the "Require message receipt" option whenever they send a PM.

Unfortunately, its a One or None option, and individual members cannot select to disable the Request Receipt popup.

I thought that the message receipts feature was a nice one... At least you know if the receiving party actually got your PM, rather that left wondering if the msg went MIA...

I also find this feature very useful...... as tlim mentioned, you'll know if the other party has seen your message or not...

You never encountered this thing:

You have 2 confirmed and 7 unconfirmed private message receipts.

That's why you say not useful. Some pms have been sent weeks ago.
