Can some admin staffs or mod pls help?

Im unable to login using my old nick for a mth. I had PM the 2 admin staffs and still no action have been taken. There are some urgent matters i need to settle but i need to login. This is my 2nd register nick which im trying to source for help, its not for any other purposes.

I seriously hope attention will be given soon.
