I'm on MOL 12000 but my speed still remains in the 5000+ region after the upgrade, have done quite a few times but still the same. Call the starhub tech support, waited for 10-15 mins b4 i could speak to them and only to be told that it needs to be refer to the engineers on the next working day

Anyone facing the same problem?

Hope my red line contract end soon.. Green Fat Wind Pipe for Ultimate speed look impressive... but $121 per mth and $500+ for modem... hope they will free the modem in future.. keke

Initially I have the same issue, then just realized my old Linksys router WAN port only at 10mbps

After removing the router (direct connection to cable modem), yes, it can hit 11xxx kbps d/l.

Please check your router.

Have done a direct connection last nite and the result is the same.

Starhub ppl has called me they want me to do more test on thru the utilities.starhub.com site and submit the results from there so they can analyse the problem. Sian...

Do the speedtest before and after power resetting your cable modem.

I'm still not getting the results from speedtest.

However using SH utilities, I'm getting the below..

Transfer Time: 6125 milliseconds
Total File Size: 10240000 bytes

Average Transfer Rate: 12.76 Mbps

You need to switch off and on the modem.
