Buying 40sec source video (must be original)

Hi, Everyone.

I am a producer from a production company, we are looking for a original source video(40 seconds) with budget of $350 SGD.

The requirements and sample video is in the link(Please ignore the neon light and the stand in the sample video, just the beach only):

Please send me your work (you can send me 720p version or use your own water mark if you are not comfortable sending me the final work before getting paid) and once I found it meet my requirement, I will close the thread and pay you immediately.

The project must be done by the first week of June.
