Bukit Panjang Shooters -Part II-

Hi all! For all the nature, landscape... night ... (don't know whether qualify or not) shooters. Can I propose a Saturday Shooting Plan.

Shoot WoodLands Town Garden Sunset.

3.00pm - Meet at CCK MRT Platform - Seats near the LRT Link Bridge Stair way.
3.15 pm - Proceed to Marsling MRT. Take a 15~20 Minute walk to the Park.
4:00 Pm - Start Shooting and Reccee for a Good Sunset Spot.
6:30 - Rest and await Sunset.
7:00 Shoot Sunset!!!!
or
Proceed to This place.. I Think HDB and Shoot Causeway Night Scene!

7:45pm - Dinner at Causeway Point/ Woodlands NewTown
9pm - Home Sweet Home. :-}

Equipment - Camera, Tripod Water.. and all that Other things you think you need

Yeah should go SG River at Clarke Quay.. Got 2 events. Just went there yesterday while on MC.. hehe

1 China & Mongolia acrobatics at 7.30pm (The Central), 1 Reed Bridge acrobatics at 8.30pm. 9pm River boat display.
Do drop by n take some photos.

Canon ... Can't help ... 1 things I notice. Very similar incidence for amongst Canon.

2 Guys (40D + 70~200L, 40D + 70~300L) Shoot the same subject. 70~200 picture come out.. Wah! So Vibrant... So Blue..!!! 70~300L Come out... Like coffee had just spilled over the picture... Yuks!

200 say 'Must buy f/2.8 else no vibrant colour'... 300 say.. "200, your colour so fake! Not Natural.'

70~300 come ask me for help with his colours ... I try and try and try... Give Up! ... I use Nikon.. can't help.

I say Winson.. find a Canon user to shoot with you. Better able to handle the technical aspect. :sweat:

However.. I learnt 1 thing today... For Nikon to get that disgusting Vibrant Canon Blue.. Must use Vivid+ Setting + Tokina Lens + CPL or GND ... The number of Kachang needed to create that kind of colour in the camera... Haiz!

shooting skill can learn fm anyone...doesn't matter what cam that person using....wat u want to learn...hopefully can help u a bit since i also beginners :embrass:
