bug discovered in quoting of message?

hello admins,

when i quote an earlier reply from another CSer, it will automatically take away all the 'bold, italic, text size, font' etc. from the original message, making the new reply no different from normal posting/typing.

i remember previously when you quote a message, everything is carried over, including all the bold, italic, font size, text colour etc.

is this a bug?

anyone having problem in multi-quotes? can't seem to make it work by clicking the "+" button. what i do is copy the quotes in notepad and edit altogether.

or is it just user error? :embrass:

Don't think this is a bug, and the new default is to strip out all the previous font stylings when quoting. Anyway, will check.

To use multi-quote, you click on the icon with the '+' and for the last item you want quoted, you would click on the "Reply With Quote" icon - that will bring over the selected quotes into the Quick Reply area.

i know how to use it as i was using that before, but it's working now. funny i don't see the check mark earlier however i clicked the "+" button. not sure if it has something to do with clearing my cache.
