Then, men will depend on women to work while men look after kids, chit chat over teas, and goes out shooting with their DSLR. While women work....

Then at some point in time... men's charter would work in men's favour and a divorce would give men 1/2 of the women's assets....!!!

So to get ahead of the rest of the pack today.... men should marry rich wives!!!!

Did hear of this case.... its a true story and it was told to me by an insider in the courts. Apparently its quite a famous story about how pressing for half of your hubby's assets on the basis that you are the weaker sex backfired.

It was a case being found between 2 professionals, apparently the wife was earning more than the hubby but she insisted on fighting for maintenance. Fought round one and lost. She didnt give up, went to appeal and I heard (Dont know how true) was quite KL to judge... kept rambling about she being woman and all..... (This part is true) The judge basically gave her maintenance since she insisted on it even though she was earning more than hubby. He awarded her SGD 1.00 per month and apparently because it is awarded by the court, you have to come take it at the court office every month. Imagine her face when awarded one dollar.....
