It is a strange phenomenon here. I shot through hotel's small holes using 300mm f/4 lens

Thank you 01dsk001 for pointing out , appreciate that. First shocked and thought such a big dust spot on my sensor i would not be able to clean it while am still overseas. Went back to check the origin, there was nothing there. Guess must be during PP with CatureNX with that small selection square still active didn't notice and changed the saturation or something that caused it.
