Bird In Flight with 7D

Captured these BIF photos last weekend in Helsinki, Finland with fantastic WARM weather as temperature raised 8 degree C after a low of -25 the previous night! At least it was a sunny day.

I just bought my 7D. I hope that one day I can reach your skills :embrass:

With 7D, you will definitely be able to do so. Just a matter of fact, I did not have many chances to do this in Singapore due to work and family (yeah.. Not even weekend). Thus the only chance to do BIF is only when I am on business trip (to Finland) with over the weekend stay. I would say that once you set your customer function setting correctly, with the 7D burst mode it's quite easy to grab for birds in flight. You will also need a longer reach lens. I was feeling abit short with my 70-200m and at time hope that I have 400mm lens instead. :)
