where do you buy this bag?
haven't seen one in funan or maybe i just
missed it. :(

I just bought a F2.8 and an avea03 from 2 different eBay sellers from Korea. Item definitely looks and feels genuine, no doubt about that. They also come with the same tags and warranty cards in white and the nice dust bags.

Surprisingly they also came with hard boxes which I never saw before when purchasing from pk Chan.

Anyone else have their bags come with boxes b4?

I bought 1 Billingham from Korea too. came with a nice box!
Verified the serial number with UK and confirm genuine :)

TKFoto doesn't carry billingham bags..Orient Photo does,u can also find then at K-13...but your best bet is to find the local distributor himself, Mr PK Chan..a simple search here in CS will get you his contact number..

Yeah Khaki colour is nice but I only like the khaki on the 07 series. I don't think the khaki look very nice on the other range. :P Just me lah dun flame me now.. :)

Fibrenyte have a more luxe feeling compared to canvas, feels like... Canvas loh.. But i think canvas will age better imho. I have a fibrenyte 307, 107 and the Hadley large in canvas all in black. :) Don't think i need so many bags so selling the 107. In terms of rarity, the 07 series is definitely rarer than the Hadleys. For every one 07 bag i saw on the streets, i would have seen almost 10 hadley i think. Not a wonder because Hadleys are handsome bags after all. Only the large for me though cos standing at 6 feet and 85kg, the small and the pro look very small on me. :P
Huh, what do you mean by "canvas will age better" ??
it's okay to bring to the ski area, but not okay if you're skiing with it... lol
Skiing cannot?? Than shall bring my backpack go. But still will buy billingham after all.

nice :)

actually im still contemplating whether to buy, im more of a landscape shooter, have to lug my tripod n filters ard..
im wondering if billy is a good choice...

although the idea of using it for day to day is nice

i am a landscape shooter as well and i use my billingham original through out my Taiwan trip (2 weeks). what's wrong with sling bag? i find it more easily accessible then bagpacks (u just sling forward to take your stuffs) and u wun obstruct when u are in packed trains.

all u need is a lighter tripod. this bag is enough to store all your stuffs including filters.

Hi owners of the 07 series of bags, do you find the bag fiddly to open:
- unfasten the straps
- flip over the giant top flap
- unzip?

Currently using a Hadley Pro which is already slightly fiddly to open up, but not overly inconvenient.

Thanks for your feedback!

PS: Tried to look for the 207 at BenPhoto today, but no stock. :(

With practice and seasoning of the leather straps, it becomes quite easy. On the other hand, it sure deters a would-be pickpocket!

I agree. I find it much more easier compared to the 5 series which is very tedious to use for me. Had the 445 for a while before selling it soon after. 07 series to me is the best constructed Billingham to me and it is well worth every single dollar I spent on it. Hadley to me is quite "slack" in a way cos it is quite soft compared to the solid structured look of the 07. Have a Hadley large nonetheless and I like it the way it is. Interchanging between my 307 and HadleyLarge as my day bag nowadays and my poor 107 is languishing in my cabinet. Putting my 107 on sale now. Any takers can PM me and discuss. :)

Thanks guys for the feedback. May give it a go. The design is just poisoning, although the Thinktank Speed Freak I'm looking at is probably easier to use!

Can I check, what is the weight of a Hadley Pro?

I have been using the 307 for about 1.5 years now. At one point it became my day bag for almost 8 months before I found a smaller bag (for m4/3). I have to say the 07 series bags are really easy to open compared to the 05 (due to the buckle). Whenever I'm out shooting I leave the front flap un-fastened but do zip up the inner pocket in case rain/dust/other people's hand get in. :)

As with the case of all Billingham bags, initial period you'll find it's a little "tight" to open but after seasoning (for me it took around 1 month) it's really smooth.

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a billingham bag, but not sure which model to get. So I hope to get some advice from y'all experts.

What I've now are 500D with BG, Sigma 50mm and Tamron 17-50. Though I'm planning to move on to full frame in a few months time. It would be good if the bag "squeeze" in an A4 size folder.

Thank you! (:
