I dont think thats quite OT in anyway. billingham wanna buys. we should share our experiences and let people who wants to buy their billinghams know where to go and where not to.

Well for K-13...
-enters shop.
"yes? can help you?" with a proud looking face.
"just looking around, thanks." "how much is a SP40?"
"75. want it?"
"oh its ok." cos i want to consider first.
"anything else?"
"no thanks" and walks out.

personal experience and views.

You can inform him of your intent a day before so he can arrange his schedule. Contact Mr. Chan at 64419560 or 96912577. He usually replies promptly.

Mr Chan Came to my blk within an hr when i told him im keen to get e Hadley pro.. Really thumbsup for his service!
Don need me trvl to penisula at all!

I am pleased to join the ranks of the Billingham owners :)

Just got my Hadley Pro from Mr Chan a couple of days ago, good price and best of all, friendly and pleasant service! The product itself oozes quality and have no regrets spending the money on the bag, as it will serve me for many years.

I read one tip somewhere from cyberspace - For the Hadley Pro, if you flip the insert such that the top flap opens away from your body, it will allow an easier access to your camera gears. I tried and felt that it is indeed better, Hadley Pro owners who are interested can try it out.

Cheers!

I flip it back and slot it in between the bag and the insert if you get what I mean.

Haha billingham owners had grown so much since i started this thread!

Yup, understood what you meant... I'm sure it allows even easier access to the camera gears, just that the top part will not have any padding though. Will explore and see which I prefer....

Hi guys, sorry about asking a newbie question. I am pretty hooked to the Billingham bags, just a very general question what actually comes with the bag? Is it we need to buy our own insert, and shoulder pads?

The insert comes together with the bag. But you gotta buy the shoulder pad by itself.

thanks man, what about the partition? As in the item used to "separate the sections".

I wonder which billingham suits me better.. I have 1 D300 with 3 lens : 18-135, 10-20 and 50mm plus a yashica 124g.. which bag can fit aall??

Hadley large would be big enough

Haha need to upgrade liao I think. Hadley Large seem kinda small now. Have to stuff in 60D with EF-S 15-85mm, Sigma 30mm 1.4, EF 70-300mm L, battery charger, rocket blower and all my other personal stuff (book, gel, snacks etc X_X)

One big qn I have for owners, does the 307 offer a lot more space than the 207? Just wondering if the extra cost and weight of the 307 is justifiable.

Up to you, but it's actually very big (and heavy) already. I can fit 1 semi-pro w/grip, 1 entry-level, 4 lenses and accessories in it. It's gonna get heavy I tell you.

I suggest you drop by Mr. Chan's place and have a feel yourself. That thing looks deceivingly small on the internet.
