不是不报，只是时辰未到。。。Come to think of it, he is quite stupid to use his residential address for running a shady business. People can easily find their way to where he lives. What's worse is that he not being responsible to his family because what he is doing outside actually puts his innocent family members at risk. Not everyone will take the official route of going to small claims tribunals...

It is somebody's home address. But what makes us so sure it is HIS home? :dunno:

It might not be his address. Maybe a relative's or a friend's. We can never know for sure.

i used to sell noodles at downtown east food court.

i know the shop (if tats the shop TS mentioned). its in downtown east, between the branded bags shop and christofori.

the photographer is a tall, elderly gentleman.

while i wun say his work is first class, i dun tink they can be tat terrible, as those posted in this thread.

then again, i may have made a mistake, and its a different shooter altogether.

As so far, he has dodge and avoid all the question put up to him regarding to the Mod 's case, that's clear enough he has got something to hide, either is in the process of working out some excuses.

Using the product in exchange of service is something which I'd never experienced or heard of. But buying /purchasing the product at a discount price from the client...yes.

He did mentioned that the photographer was his friend.

In this field / line of biz, there are many more guys like him / her out there looking out for prey.

They could continue to survive ( cheat ) is due to the fact that, as some mentioned...
the amount concern is not a really big sum, to go after it is really a time consuming issue. So this is the catch or the safety zone which they rely on, they knew joyly well people wanting to move on instead of entangling with him ( them ).

I demand that Angeline Tan doesn't ever post any letter that displays my home address. She has covered her address but displays my address.

I demand that the letter be removed. If she insists on displaying it, make sure my home address is covered.

I am holding her and the entire forum responsible if any harm or injury or property damage is done to my family and home if she continues to do so.

She has played dirty and is a b**^% to display my home address. I don't have to account to the forum who owns the home, but I demand that the home address be removed or covered now. I demand immediate action on this request.

If I don't see it removed or covered, I will react with displaying Angeline Tan's office address and home address on this forum as well as on other forums.

I will file a police report and hold Angeline Tan and every forum member responsible if harm or injury or damage is done to my home and family as a result of the posting that displayed my home address.

I don't care a damn what comments are there for the deal I had with that woman, but I do care that my home address be not displayed on the forum. For what is mentioned and perceived that she is angelic, she has played dirty like this.

I don't care a cent or two hoods about what was commented about me and having my picture posted up on the forum, calling me all kinds of names, calling me a clown. I don't care a **** and damn it if you post my picture to occupy a 17" LCD screen or a 42" screen to worship me, just remove my home address from the letter angeline tan posted on your forum.

the forum can go on discussing my business dealings for the rest of the century doesn't bother me one bit but showing my home address on the forum is playing plain dirty and filthy, talking about integrity and she does this, who the hell is she to cover her office address and show my home address?

I want respond from the forum administrator and angeline tan to apologise for this dirty play and remove my home address or cover my home address on the letter before it drives me berserk to do what I said i will do.

I expressed my thankfulness after you removed it, I think it is appropriate angeline tan apologises otherwise she is behaving as a hooligan and a ^*&%h and acting as an angel.

So is post #170, an apology should be extended for the oversight.

It is good that you are still around, to KPKB people to remove your address and demanding apology. But what about the queries pending your clarification ? And do you think it is fair to demand an apology from the admin ? What have they done ?

And since you are still around, how about giving YOUR side of the story with regards to the case mentioned by one of the Mod, about the product shoot (bird's nest) ?

I would like to settle the so call complaint against me for a poorly done photo shoot.

The complaint was from Angelina of Lavena Shoes.

She has got someone to do the digital imaging of the pictures that had black spots, and she wants a reshoot after using these pictures that was taken by a photographer friend of mine. She also wants to claim full refund when I could have done the digital imaging and return the pictures to her in good condition for her to use on her website.

How could she claim a full refund when she paid $500 for the digital imaging (she told me this herself) and ask for a reshoot when she did use the pictures that were originally done and styled for the photo shoot?

Is she not cheating me as well? This is the kettle calling the pot black.

Also, she never gave the pair of shoes to the model when this was agreed as part of payment arrangement for the use of the model's feet for the photo shoot. The original agreement was 10 pairs of shoes but she brought 49 pairs for the photo shoot, I accommodated her and yet she calls me a cheat. She is the cheat because I agreed to 10 pairs of shoes but I end up shooting 45 pairs of shoes without asking for additional payment of my time and work.

So here is my story and thank you all for visiting my website, www.impressionsonline.sg, it has gotten some huge hits lately! Continue to do so, I am updating the site very soon. I am kept busy recently with other businesses that I have.

So in summary, Angelina of Lavena Shoes is also a cheat so be careful when you deal with her. She will scheme to rip you off and later say you are a cheat when she is actually a cheat herself.

I am mentioning her name and company name because this is a genuine comment I am making. I had wanted to write to the small claims court to set aside her claim bec she is making a fradulent claim but that cost me too much time and money to do so, hence I decided against it. I may pursue the counter claim if she continues to do this against me.

Also, I will always take any phone calls on my mobile phone. If I have a missed call, I will always return calls. This is so whether I owe many others millions or others owe me millions, whether others hate me or call me a cheat or I love so many of them and they me love me to death - I always take my phone calls.

That is all, and you decide if Angelina of Lavena Shoes is a cheat as well.

The best thing to do for the parties involved is to settle their cases in court. Each side of the party will get their chance to present their accounts and evidences. If either side feels that they have been wronged, last thing anyone should do is to hide at home and behind a computer screen, waiting for the storm to blow over.

On a second note, what's the name of that chinese program on channel 8 that is aired every friday evening at 10.30 pm? It's that program that talks about local heartland issues and they interview the parties involved? Do u think they will pick up this story along with the Naughty by Nature saga?
