The angle that you have taken on the model makes her face very flat. Try another better angle perhaps.

Also, your white balance is off. Her skin is waaaay too pink/purple.

Composition wise I find that it is way too tight. Would probably be better to include the model entirely. The shooting angle could be better - as it is now, the window corner does not add to the picture.
