After that, go to Nikon for quotation of the 'bulk' repairs (it might be cheaper this way!!). Add up the cost of repair and equipments for individual group, divide it equally amongst the buyers.
If there's a need, slight alteration of prices can be done, eg: cheaper for lousy cosmetic and more expensive for better cosmetic, to even up the cost.
